The four pieces

The baby's piece is a zip romper that opens neck to ankle. A change at 3am takes seconds and the baby stays flat. A two-piece on a newborn is the first thing a parent complains about. The zip carries a chin guard and a covered placket.

The women's piece is the henley top and jogger pant. The tapered leg and ribbed ankle cuff stay clear of the floor. The placket opens for nursing or for heat.

The men's piece is a plain crew neck. Most men will not wear a placket, so this is the piece that sells in the largest volume. Plain construction also holds the four-piece set near the bottom of the price band.

One print, one scale

One print on four garments needs two things to hold. The print runs at one scale across the whole range. It does not shrink onto the romper and grow onto the men's pant, so a hot air balloon is the same size on every piece. And the trim is dyed to your artwork. The set in the photographs pairs a travel print with contrast blue ribbed neckbands, wrist cuffs and ankle cuffs. That trim is what keeps one print from reading as four products.

Compliance & Testing

Documents go out with the order and can be read before you commit. Applicable OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification is available for relevant certified article ranges. Children's sizes are tested to the sleepwear flammability rules of the destination market. In the United States those rules are US CPSC 16 CFR 1615/1616, which govern fit rather than chemistry, so no flame retardant goes into the cloth. A CPSIA Children's Product Certificate comes with it, and the EU and the UK use a separate burning-behavior standard.

Fabric

95/5 comes smooth or ribbed; 97/3 holds more bamboo and less stretch; 70/25/5 brings cotton in for a drier hand at a lower cost. All four are bamboo. Held across them: Anti-Pilling Grade 3.5+, Shrinkage ≤ 4%, Fastness Grade 4. Tanboocel® viscose is breathable and durable. Take the ribbed for the cuffs and neckband even where the body is jersey. Weight is set to the destination.

Digital active dyeing is in house, and the mill runs vertically from fiber to finished garment, so one lot covers a size range this wide.

Quality control

Four inspection points run through production rather than one at the end, each returning photographs and production notes. A final 100% quality check sits before packing. Then every size is laid flat together, because a shade difference between the baby's romper and the men's pant shows only when the sizes sit side by side.

Your artwork and color follow through the cloth, the packaging and the brand tag, with neck tags cut to your design. No other buyer sees the file, the copyright stays with you, and an NDA is signed first.
